Kerry Hayes a.k.a “Nero” has been in the entertainment industry for over 15 years now. His passion for packing the dance floor, making unforgettable moments come to life, and keeping his clients happy are a testament to his love of the art of event hosting. With his experience as a performer, dancer, and nightlife emcee he decided to merge all of his talents into becoming one of the most sought after private event hosts today. Taking pride in his top-notch hospitality and a flexible demeanor, he makes sure that everyone leaves wearing a big smile and a few beads of sweat.

He started at a young age producing music, performing in talent shows, playing parts in musicals, performing in chorus and band ensembles, and studying music theory. This is where he quickly learned his passion was in entertainment and music. He started off as a party motivator working on mitzvahs, sweet 16’s and other social events. He also spent most of his time as an event host for many nightlife venues in the tri-state area.

During the limited hours when he is not talking with clients, packing dance floors, or running the day-to-day operation, Kerry is usually working on his music production or other entrepreneurial opportunities.
